Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Vocal Light version, connected audio route, and the steps that produced the issue. Do not send recordings, vocal-range results, symptoms, or other sensitive health information through ordinary email.
Support-channel privacy
If you email support, the message and information you choose to include are processed by your email provider and Vocal Light’s email provider, not by the Vocal Light app. They may be retained as reasonably needed to answer, document, secure, or comply with legal obligations concerning your request.
For a privacy request, use the subject Privacy Request. For a consumer health data request, use Consumer Health Data Request. For an appeal, use Privacy Appeal.
